You have no control over your weight...

Repeat, you have no control over what you weigh. Your body will adhere to it's genetic setpoint no matter what. Even if you feel that it is too high or too low.

More than a year ago, I would have clung to the delusion that people with larger bodies were responsible for their fat. And I would have included myself in that equation.

But after being sick and watching my weight fall off with absolutely no control over the freefall opened my eyes. Only now, more than a year later am I regaining a healthy setpoint.
